System features:

For the packages which a large number of small pieces and the ones with abnormal shape, which is difficult to use the cross sorting machine for sorting. Thus, a split tray sorting system was developed by Xianglong technology independently, to solve the sorting problem of special-shaped parcels.

The equipment is mainly composed of driving device, sorting rolley, bag dropping mechanism and reset device, and also equipped with a full set of detection systems such as card bag detection, reset detection, full bag detection and Roger detection.

(1) Strong adaptability to mail specifications Adopt pallet bearing structure, can normally pick up light throw, round roll and other goods not suitable for cross belt  sorting machine sorting, sorting adaptability.

(3) Low speed and high efficiency The sorting car adopts a unique "one car double disc" structure, that is, 1 car has two mutually independent pallets,  under the condition of the main ring speed and car pitch, sorting efficiency is 2 times of the same configuration of cross  belt sorting machine.  The sorting efficiency can reach 15,529 pieces/hour at the main ring speed of 1.1m/s, and the trolley pitch is 510mm.  It can effectively meet the needs of low-speed manual feeding and to achieve efficient automatic sorting goals.

(4) Compact structure and flexible configuration Under the premise of meeting the demand efficiency and the number of lattice, the length of the straight cross belt  sorter is shortened at least 3m, and the space utilization rate is improved. 

(5) Easy to maintain Compared with cross belt sorting machine, the split tray sorting system is rich in the advantage of pure mechanical  structure, simple structure, high reliability, low cost of processing, installation and maintenance.

(6) Low energy consumption The main ring drive device is driven by the motor through friction, so as to move around the ring. It does not need additional electric drive device to support mechanical action, like drop bag, tray reset and so on.  Compared with the cross belt sorting machine, there is no brush wear problem, and energy consumption is  reduced by about 85% for the split tray sorting system.
